Paul begins this passage by talking about the need to be wise, make the most of your time, and emphasizing the evilness of the days. Paul thought the return of Christ was imminent and often talked of the shortness of days. Therefore, it makes sense for him to counsel us to be vigilant and on guard and to avoid being drunk or wasting our time. The first part of this scripture makes logical sense.

1 sweet onion, diced. 4 stalks celery, diced. Jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced. 1 whole green pepper, seeded and diced. 1 whole red pepper, seeded and diced. Sea salt and black pepper to taste.
